I mentioned to Lady that made my appointment that I wanted a wheel alignment with the oil change. I asked if you could do an alignment on my dually. She asked someone and came back on the phone and said yes you could. When I showed up for appointment the service advisor said there was no mention on the computer and per the shop foreman you did not have time to do the alignment. Disappointed.

I arrived early to check in and Lyndsay was able to get my Silverado in before my Scheduled appointment and was out in a timely manner . I am totally happy with the service at your dealership.
