I arrived for an oil change this morning and although I didn’t have an appointment, I was willing to wait because I needed it done. Without hesitation and the gentleman told me that it would be a 5-6 hour wait and I told him “okay”. He asked if I was sure and I replied “yes, I have to get it done”. He then told me that I could just go someplace else instead and I declined because my I prefer to get my Chevy serviced at the dealership as always. I just feel like he was working hard to turn me away and this isn’t the first time they’ve done that. Every time I go, they tell me that it’s going to be 5-7 hours and it never is. Which is good, however I don’t like feeling unwelcome at my local dealer.

I asked through your text system to have my cabin air replaced as recommended by the mechanic. It was not replaced but I did get an engine air filter that I neither needed nor wanted sitting in my passenger seat. I tried to return it and explain I ought not be charged for something that I didn’t need. The service advisor would not even come over to talk to me as he told the receptionist that it was part of the package and if I don’t want it it would be like $187. So I’m going to sell it on eBay this should cover the cabin air filter that I can change myself. Once again I am not surprised with the level of service I have come to expect from the Gosch Chevrolet service department. But of course that’s why I’m driving a Ford now and not a GM. Thanks a bunch.
