Lyndsay was so nice and friendly, she helped us with our truck the problem was solved next day even when they told us may take a couple of days
Took 3 weeks to get my car fixed, wasted one week not being able to diagnose and get warranty notified. Dean actually helped me and he did his best but I had to spend a lot of money on a rental which the dealership should have provided a loaner or to pay for the rental. Happy to have my car back but not happy with how long it took.
I did not have enough money to complete the job. I had to have my car towed Bach to my house still broken down. My warranty never covered anything. I am disappointed

Vehicle was mid-diagnosed. I had to pay a ridiculous diagnostic fee all for them to attempt to charge me $535 to replace the damn battery. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership. I will take my business elsewhere.

Dean has done a great job in communicating with me. No issues with Dean at all. My issues is the lack of skills and craftsmanship of GM and their mechanics. I should never be worried after leaving that I might be back very soon. Sadly I do with Gosh Chevy I have never had as many issues AFTER leaving from having a "certified " mechanics work on my truck. GM lowering the mileage for warranty back in 2015 knowing that the parts they are putting in are cheap and basic. It's a shame these trucks are Not build like a rock.
I was promised at purchase that shuttle service was offered. I did have a sales person drop me off at work and was told that my vehicle would be delivered. A after receiving a call late in the afternoon that no one could bring me my car, I had to inconvenience my employers work day to get a ride to pick up my vehicle. I was also promised a full tank of gas due to my inconvenience. My gas was not filled up nor was my odometer set back to original setting.
Lyndsay was awesome she helped me get my service set up and all handled. I work in LA. She was great helping me out at the last minute.
My service was free of charge,, not because I didn’t have the money,, not because of a special or you were doing me a favor,, because it was the worst service I have ever experienced in my life,, I am using social media,, and everyone I know, which is ALOT of people to relay the information to so nobody will be put in my position with a dealership that is as horrible as yours is.

Horrible service, the guy who service me was not honest. He called the lady who set my appointment, he referred to her as being dumb for giving me a late appointment.

It was a simple oil change that lasted 21/2 hours with an appointment. I also wanted the brakes checked but I would have to leave the car for at least 2 days. I find this unacceptable. We have another car, Prius, when I service it at your Toyota dealership, I wait for about an hour and drive it home. (?)
