Micheal always greets us by name. Our paperwork is always ready and he expedites our checking. He is accurate in the estimate of when our repairs will be done and his quotes on cost are right on. We appreciate his courtesy and thoroughness.

Miss Hiatt did an outstanding job she keep me informed and update when the service technician ran into difficulties reprogramming the BCM module on my 2008 Cobalt. I was dreading of taking my vehicle into the dealer for repairs, (1) because of all the horror stories you here from others, the high cost of parts and labor plus added and needed repairs on top of the original problem. I was told I needed to replace approximately another $3200 in parts plus labor to fix my car. I kindly let Lyndsay know I was not authorizing the work. I spent $160 and 1/2 hour reprogramming the BCM . My cars works just fine now. I believe I was trying to get suckered into spending lots of money for no reason.
I would’ve been super happy if I got my car washed. But I am so happy my car was fixed the same day and very fast.
