I was satisfied with the service, my car seems to be running well. I would only suggest better communication. We were told the car should be ready on Monday, it took until Thursday, I still couldn't tell you why it was so much longer than they initially thought.

I really got screwed this time! Not by Dean, he did the best he could, it was the service manager Eric Rumsower not following through with a defective radiator which was put in by this dealership causing to burn out my transmission and having me pay for it!
