Dean was excellent. However, the tech who worked on my vehicle was not. The vehicle was serviced several weeks prior. The following day after being serviced, I notified an oil leak. A week later the battery died. I had to return the vehicle to fix the issue. Again, Dean was very helpful. I believe it’s unprofessional that a tech would screw up like this. Unacceptable.

I am not completely satisfied in the least bit. I feel I settled with a price per eric. Completely disappointed overall and since day 1. Sincerely wondering if said work even actually was performed due to multiple conversations. Was asked if I had a text regarding quote I was given for extra work provided. Felt insulted to say the least . was without a vehicle for 4 weeks plus knowing I had rental car coverage for 5 days at 35 Was charged 200 for not even 24 hours Again beyond disappointed Second horrible experience in this auto group period

My experience with Dean was good. However, it took over 7 hours to do fluid changes and tire alignment. And when I received my car it was still soaked from the car wash except for the windows. The inside of my car smelled like gas/oil. And there was still grease finger prints on the hood.

Was So disappointment with the service area I dropped off my car the day before my appointment because I couldn't drop it off on the time of my appointment I was calling the next day to make sure they received the car and to let them know what they where going to do to my vehicle no one ever answered my call or returned my call until it was done, I didn't appreciate that because they charged me for service I wasn't supposed to pay for! And they just wasted my time and not even do anything to my vehicle Just a oil change which they charge me for that I didn't I didn't request!
