it took two weeks for my appoitment, afther i left my truck to fix the problem i call and could not get a hold of no body to find out the status of my truck i think that was ridicules, and afther they call me that my truck was ready ,i found my truck with the same problem it took two extra days to fix that problem
Dean was very quick in getting my car in. I’m not sure if that was timing or just good customer service as when I initially called the girl told me they were running a few days behind. I had expressed to Dean that this car was my husbands commuter and our other vehicle was lease that already had a lot of miles from another vehicle repair issue….whether it was Dean working magic or just overall great customer service on behalf of the dealership, my car was out of there just over 24 hours after they began work on it (it was a tow in) I am very pleased with the service I received! Dean was also very communicative which I always appreciate! Having your primary vehicle down for the count is rough, so I greatly appreciate the quick turn around!

Bought the premium edition for $25k with an additional 100k mile max care warranty. I bought a $350 premium Ceramic Tint , bought premium 18” rim and performance tire wheels for $1800, have the original rim and tires that came with car. I put $10k down payment. There’s only 20k miles on vehicle. Excellent condition. (anything under $20k dollar offer is an insult) **will only $20,000 dollars or more for vehicle, I’m not losing my down payment.

My complaint is small. But left me waiting nearly twenty minutes after arriving.
Forgive me I was tired. Long day. And was expecting to pick up my truck as you requested by telling me it was ready.
When I first arrived I asked my service provider if my work included a wash, he said yes. When I arrived to pick my truck up it was not washed. The young and polite lady at the service counter said she would have it washed. She did. For that I am grateful.
Maybe put a sticker on the windshield or note in the folder that a vehicle needs to be washed.
Overall service was good.
Again small on the big picture but having to wait was tough after a long day.
As well there was no coffee?
Small issues or mistakes can lose a game right.
Prompt,efficient service. Dean was polite and helpful. The way it outta be. Thank you.
