The experience was quite amazing with the videos I'm a professional workmanship but but the cost is out of control come come on guys. You have to be double of a regular shop

During the COVID there does not appear to maintain the customer satisfaction that most of us were used to. Pre Covid when you pulled up in the service line they would come out to you and assist you. Now when I arrived I got out and was ignored by a service writer and an assistant at a desk. I then walked to the managers office where i was finally acknowledged. I was then sent to Mr Salgado who was very helpful. Customer service is something that your organization or business no longer making a priority so comment suggestions like this are laughable

I took my truck the first time I was told it needs 4 fuel injectors, then I had that fixed now it need a battery an cables $1,300. Dollars. After I fix that your going to tell it needs something eals. Do you ever FIX anything or just REPAIR
