Had to call the service rep initally to find out what was going on. $760 later the problem was two dirty spark plugs. The two test should have showed this problem instead the mechanic was about to take apart the cylinder case when the problem was found. I should have been called by the service rep sooner with test results and this issue was too expensive. Would not recommend your service center.
