I dropped off my car the night before it’s scheduled date, scheduled time was 9am, Rogelio never called me to let me know how the inspection went I called 4 times every hour after 1pm he was never available to take a call or respond to messages sent by receptionist, he finally called me back 45 minutes before they closed just to let me know that they didn’t do anything to my car and that they could probably look it up next Tuesday, he didn’t even apologize for the poor communication and lack of customer service I am never going back because of unprofessional people like him

My 2012 cadillac had oil marks on the driver's side inside door on my leather apostasy,,,from the mechanic getting in & out of the car very hard to get off ,,,it's sqtill on there I can't get it off ,,,,everything else is great
I just feel that a fluid top off should be Complementary. We dropped our truck off for its second service and they didn’t top off the windshield fluid. The service writers are always welcoming with great customer service.

Check engine came on after 60 miles!! I took it in to take care of Check engine light and after repairs and done,came on again? Frustrated!
When I picked up my car didn’t see it and service man did not tell me where it was at till I walked back in and asked where is my car and being handicap Michael always brings my car up front to get right in my vehicle
