Although I appreciate not charging me, but they couldn’t fix my battery for Chevy Spark EV. They said nothing wrong with the battery, however it is just charges to 57% and it is dying! I am not sure if they not don’t have expertise in fixing electrical vehicles or they just don’t want to bother dealing with GM to get a new battery because the battery still in the warranty until 2024.

Better than excellent service. The price is high, I know the cost of everything is going up. That might scare some people off and cause them to look elsewhere. Somewhere there must be a balance. Again, better than excellent service, the truck runs great! Thanks!

I had an appointment for 8 AM to get a GM recall service test to see if my car even needed to get fixed from the recall to get told they couldn’t get to my car that day even when I had an appointment and now I have to reschedule I am very unhappy with the service
