It seemed silly to me that I couldn’t pay a lower price for just an oil change but was told it’s a pkg 89.95 oil change and tire rotation. Brand new tires just rotated. Less labor, less time. But if that’s the that’s the rule. Otherwise the service experience was excellent.

We have had Dean as our consultant before, so we were happy he was the one taking care of us. He has a good reputation and did not disappoint. The car was ready when promised and there were no surprise costs above what he had estimated for us.

After 1st time in, dealer thought it was fixed by putting in new battery. Did not last more than 1 day, stopped running.
2nd time in last week, the dealer said it was ignition switch so new one put in. Picked up car today, but now Service Engine Soon light has stayed on while driving.
So, have to drive it for couple days, if light stays on, we have to bring it back in AGAIN.
I am totally happy with Dean and the service staff. However, if I get one more phone call, text or email from your sales department wanting to buy my truck I will never buy from Gosch Chevy again. I love my truck. Let it go. Fair enough?
