We had some freak things happen with my truck . With no fault what so ever of tecnitions or gosch . I came in for an oil change fuel filter and mirror replacement . After the work was comleted my truck would not Start. It turns out there is a water in fuel issue gendering the start up

I’m happy with Dean takes care of Election But A year ago, not happy with the sales department. We had a dealalmost finished, but I was hesitant. A different gentleman came up and offered me 4000 for my trade asked me what it would take to close the deal. I said 5000 for my trade, he gave it to me, but he added 2000 back on the price of the car do not happy With gosh

I had an appointment for 7:30am this morning. I arrived at 7:20am and got the truck signed in and was told as soon as the tech shows up they would get started. 2 and half hours later they brought my truck out but on inspection of the truck I noticed they didn't rotate the tire and when I checked the oil it already looked black. I showed the dip stick to 1 of the advisors and he told me it a diesel and as soon as you start the engine the oil turns black and that he saw rhe tech change my oil. I then asked the advisor where's the video that shows it because today I never received an email or a text of the tech doing the work. The last 2 times I have had my truck in for service at Gosch Chevrolet bad, both time I had appointment in the morning and both times it took over 2 hours. I feel that the money I spent on the service contract was a complete waste money and I will never buy a service contract again.

The service manager, Martin was completely unprofessional with me. I am employed at a casino and we send all our vehicles to you for service. If it was up to me, I would never send our vehicles there again.

Will NEVER return they reversed my truck into a pole and it has a reverse camera. Only wants to give me a $200 STORE CREDIT ???????? then brought it up to $300 again STORE CREDIT like if I’d return ????

No need to contact, the issue had been solved but it should have been corrected in the first place and not delayed like it was. My check engine light was still on and when I returned it took longer than it should have to fix the issue. The issue should have been caught before saying my vehicle was done being serviced the first time.

No need to contact me. Dean is one of the rudest service providers I’ve ever Dealt with. I’ve dealt with you all twice. About 7 months ago I had my first oil change with you all and I also had scheduled the recall for my parking sensors with you all during the exact time. Even called the parts department and made sure the part for the recall was there and waiting for me they said yes. When I got there, I dropped off my vehicle and got a ride home. Dean called me and said you all didn’t have the part. I said that’s not right seeing how the parts depicted I did and it was being held for me till I got there. Very rudely he said well it’s not here and you need to pick up your car and reach for next week. That didn’t work for me and since I had talked to parts department I demanded a loaner since it was your fault you prob gave my part to someone else while it was being held for me. He reluctantly gave me a loaner and when I got there I was waiting for them to change the plates on the loaner I got an absolute dirty piece of crap eqeonix that looked like it was just traded in by a soccer mom family with tons of kids as that was the dirtiest loaner I’ve ever received. When I dropped it off basically didn’t get a word from Dean as he closed out my paperwork and was absolutely rude and horrible. Fast forward to my most recent visit I saw it as a chance to make up for it, I came in for the second oil change and I waited for the service guy who wasn’t Dean but was much nicer then to get done with his customer to let him know I had an appointment. He said it was with Dean but since he wasn’t there at that time he’d start it for him. Like a minute later Dean walked in and told his co worker he’d take care of and demanded me to wait. Again rude with no customer service. Then as I was explaining to him that I was there for my second free oil change he did everything but call me a liar. He said that the sales don’t do that. I said well they did with me but if I had to go back to Temecula to get my paperwork for and reschedule I’d be highly upset. Was there a way we could get in contact with sales to see if they can review my contract of Sept 2022 to show they put that in there? Just then the lady that sold me my car walked up and she seemed shocked that he was questioning this and I herd her tell him yes and to charge it to them or whatever. He came back absolutely rude still as if he was disappointed he lost that fight. I let him know that I was waiting for the car if there was any way I could be made sure I was done first since I was literally there first at 730am. No response really. Just said it could take a while. Two hours later I get the video saying my car was done so I left the waiting area and went to the service area and Dean wasn’t there but is co worker was. I let him know that I got the video saying it was done but he informed me, nicely that the keys and paperwork weren’t brought to them yet. Just then Dean walked in and sighed like he was annoyed and said I just received the paperwork, to Go back and sit down for like 10 minutes while he takes care of it. Not asking but demanding. Absolutely rude. And unit. Definitely needs a few customer service classes that’s for sure. The only reason that I haven’t gone anywhere with a bad review is because the sales team that sold me my car were one of the best in the 15 or so cars I’ve purchased in my lifetime. Had it not been for that I would of blasted everywhere to not got to you alls service department and if you must to def not see Dean. I wouldn’t be back unless I very had to. Luckily I live in Temecula and I have Temecula who’s not much better closer to me or I think I’ll give Lake Elsinore Chevy a try next time. Take care.
