The device that monitors the oil quality wasn't reset. I have to bring my car back to have it reset, otherwise I won't know when the oil needs to be changed. I'm a little concerned that maybe the oil wasn't changed.
The quality of the work was most excellent, but the labor charges were extremely high.
This was the third time I have brought my truck in for a leaking oil filter here times this last time they change the oil filter but did not add any oil
I was using my truck and pulling a trailer and the low oil message came on
I don't know what's wrong with you guys but this is the worse service ever I will be finding another dealer because you guys are terrible and can not be trusted
My engine could of blow up being it was 2 quarts low on oil
I will be contacting Corporate about this
And letting everyone I know not to come to your dealership
