I have always had great service at Gosch Chevrolet. The people in the Service Department are great, an it's a pleasure to find a group that takes customer service seriously.

The only comment is , if you are not doing appointments on Saturdays don't book them. I had my vehicle serviced this last Saturday morning and the service writers was catching flack from customers for appointments.

Mario is awesome at Making sure ur cAR is fixed.and giving updates on the cars progress . the only thing I don't like is ur text alerts they don't really notify when cAR is done it just tells u what ever it wants to tell u but I understand that it's all done throw the computer. but it could use so fixing don't lose Mario he will keep people coming back with his awesome additude
I'M VERY PLEASED ON THE WAY MY PROBLEM TO MY TRUCK WAS RESOLVED.
I had no shuttle servive and had to wait about 2&a half hours....I asked the service desk several times and was told that this shuttle was a new service and would be coming and they never arrived.I asked when making the appointment and wad told i'd have shuttle. My appointment was 9:00,i got there at 8:45,and didnt get home until after 11:30, my morning was shot.

Left car there for warranty coolant leak and oil change for 2 days. Go to pick up and they say they forgot to do the oil change. I didn't want to wait there any longer so I brought it back the next morning. Waited 45 minutes then started to drive home. 10 minutes down the road i smell a burned smell. Then a cloud of smoke is coming from engine. Pulled over and opened hood and thick smoke continued to come out. Returned to dealership and found oil all over exhaust and sub frame. Horrible service horrible experience I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership again. I also will never purchase another general motors vehicle due to the corporation not taking pride in craftsmanship. An Amber cover in headlight fell of when purchased and gm wants me to pay 100 dollars. I purchased a certified vehicle for a reason I wanted a safe reliable vehicle for my family. How can I trust a vehicle gm wont stand behind. They could have at least covered the cost of the part.

Went for an oil change was promised to be done at 10:30 they didn't deliver till 5 to 12 & i got there at 8:40 more than 3 hours to do a 15 min oil change most of the people that show up after us left before us i have a extended warranty that's I take it there but I rather pay somewhere else than go back the service ****

While the warranty repairs were completed in a very timely manner, when they washed my car, they pulled one of the moldings off the passenger door. They did not even have the courtesy to tell me it was sticking out.
