I got my oil changed, and when I picked up my truck they had not run it through the car wash. In the past they always have. When I asked they were right on it.

I told the service agent that I wanted to have the brakes checked and when I picked up the vehicle he said that they were fine. However, when I got home and had a chance to look at the paperwork and the multi point inspection, nothing was included for the brakes, so I have no idea if they were checked or if the information was just not put on my paperwork? I live in Idyllwild so it is difficult to get the vehicle down there again.

From the start i and my truck were taken care of over 100%. From talking to Micheal Gormady on the phone about what my 2013 Silverado was doing. Thenfinding out i had purchased an extended warranty when i purchased the truck 2 years ago. I had it towed in just before closing time. To getting a phone call the next morning from Micheal letting me know they were all ready getting to work on it. The mechanic found 1 issue and then there was another computer issue he found. Micheal kept me informed thru all of it. I will highly recomend Gosch Chevrolet to anyone thats asks. You have an AMAZING TEAM there and should be proud. I work in Customer Service and your team beat all of my expectations and then some. Thank you. RYAN H

I would like if the service representative lets me know recommended fixes before i check out. I would like the chance to get what's needed to be fixed done while time there. Today cabin air filter. Simple thing I should have been asked if I wanted it changed. Also I was told my truck would be completed around 1230. It wasn't fine till 2 and I had to check on it multiple times. I understand sometimes things take longer but it would be notified they are running behind without having to ask.

I have had nothing but good things happen to my car since I have started going there for repairs. I do not drive much, so my appointments will not be close together. Been getting oil change once a year. Unless something stops working, I will see you later!

Dear Gosch Chevy, There is a lot wrong with the service I received on 06/30/2016. The description that was written on my invoice was not clearly explained to me by the service represenative or the mechanic that worked on my car. I was not informed what to expect from the service I was receiving. I had to ask for a car wash, but after my car was serviced it was still dirty. the worse thing about the service I received was the fact that I asked for a ride home at or near 1pm, but the driver did not make it back to the dealership until after 3pm. I do not know if since inland chevy has changed to gosch if you guys have replaced all the different gosch courtesy shuttle services into one shuttle service with one driver, but that is not a good thing since the driver has to drive for 5 different companies. This last change really did upset me because I had things to do at home but was stuck at the dealership. The last straw was too much to bear and the last visit I made on 06/30/2016 will be the final time I conduct business at gosch chevy or any other brand under the Gosch logo. Sincerely, Dennis

2nd time this vehicle in service. First time they said they didn't have time to fix the horn (not working since 10 days after purchase) and radio dashboard shorts out and goes blank intermittently. This 2nd time we left the vehicle with them for 3 days and the only thing they did was change oil and repair broken door handle, once again stating they didn't have time to diagnose horn and radio dash light.
