I first would like to say I love my Chevy 2500 truck that i purchased from you almost a year ago. That being said I was not very happy with the customer service we received from Michael Gormady. I had asked Michael if they could take a look at the air pressure sensor because the light had just come on and he stated that he would not look at it and I would have to take the vehicle back to the tire shop where I got the wheels and tires from. I understand that the sensor light might be a common accurance when you put after market wheel and tires on this vehicle but I did know this and the way it was explained was very unprofessional and I would hope that you would take steps to make sure this employee does not treat any future customers like I was treated by him.
I do understand that people have bad days but I feel that a person in his position has to be a little more understanding, I unfortunately do not know much about vehicles and he made me feel very belittled and at this time I do not think I will be returning for any future services or my next vehicle purchases.

When purchasing my truck from Gosh I had already had a deal worked out with Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula. I ended up purchasing the truck from youguys. To make a long story short paradise Chevrolet offered lifetime oil changes and I was told by your internet sales guy he was going to match the deal. I should have checked the fine print instead of trusting your sales guy. Come to find out when setting up my appointment I have already used my 4 oil changes. It just so happens that I'm in the market to purchase an SUV and I will not be going back to your dealership. This is 1 Tahoe sale that you will be missing out on. I do not want this negative review to go against your service department, everyone there is always polite and courteous and they provide service good.
I came in because their was no oil on my dipstick after having had my oil changed there, some time back! And I have photos! So I came in today And was told that my brand new car was being told that my car was just 1 1/2 qt low. As soon as I left, I had the dipstick checked and now it is registering full, so I do not appreciate being lied to, and I have serious concerns regarding my cars future health!!! He did have someone wash the car, but even that came out terrible! So no, I am not satisfied and I will be coming in to talk to the manager
Mario went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. He was curtious and on point. We came in for a recall and I just mentioned that we had a couple scratches on the truck that happened at the desert and he took it upon himself to have the staff buff them out for us. We are beyond happy about this and will request him again on our next visit.
I am completely satisfied with my car And with Michael on how fast he had my car done.I would like for him to be the only one to do all the service that nreds to be done on my car
