The staff in your service department were very professional and courteous. From Mario who told me on the phone to come in and they would take care of me, to the girl who told me to come inside instead of waiting in my cold car, to Joshua who saw me waiting and took care of me right away, to the shuttle drivers who got me home and back safely. I would recommend Gosch Chevrolet to anyone.

Professional and competent
Took almost 2 hours for a fluid change and I did have an appointment. Was told my car would be washed it was not. I have one more fluid change left then am done with Hemet gosch, fist time service was great after that bad service and waste of my time. I would rather pay more to service my car elsewhere then save a few bills and bad service at gosch Chevrolet.
Apparently oil was spilled on the engine and now the car spells like burnt rubber when the car is on.
They took the time to listen and make sure I was satisfied

The work was done promptly, and the service was exactly as expected. I also asked a question on a part I will need in the future, and she worked quickly to find it for me. Being that it was a small switch to dim the inside instrument panel, it was very expensive. I may search other providers.
