Happy with the recall service work. But very sad staff couldn't add remote locking function. Was amazed with the high LABOR Cost and the curious MISC.CHRGS on top of the PARTS charge. Understand the basic charge of 125 to check why the key not working in the driver's door.

Julian was awesome and provided great customer service. However, I checked my oil dipstick today and my oil is filled above the capacity. I checked the dipstick and it is filled about 1/2 inch above the cross hatched area on the dipstick. Per my owners manual, this could damage my engine. I am not sure what you're telling your technicians. Also, the technician failed to put a new sticker on my windshield for my next oil change. Paul

Julian is an extremely helpful individual! It was taking longer than expected to finish my oil change and Julian assured me my car was almost complete and 5 minutes later they finished. He understood I had an appointment and made sure to get me on my way. Thank you Gosch!
