Kenneth was ok... Not as friendly as previous experiences there. I made an appointment at 10:30 and we left at 12:20ish. He didn't give me a time frame but the paperwork he gave me said promised time 12:00. He didn't apologize for the long wait (with 2 kids) almost 2 hours. He came over made me sign the paper and that was it. He didn't go over anything like the previous guys have done before. They usually wash my car and they didn't even when I requested it. Better luck next time
