930 appointment turned into 10:00 service was slow and unorganized. Took over 2 hours to get a basic oil service. May never go back to gosch

The staff at the facility were very professional and friendly and they have a shuttle service to take you home and pick you up.

I left a messaged for Michael but didn't hear back and have been so crazy I forgot to call again. The cover over the air bag looks like it got scraped or stab with something. And the piece that covers the screen for the radio also got scraped. Usually, I am happy. This time not so much.

Rude. The service dept is corrupt thieves. Over charging customers 3x the price is unethical. I WILL be going to the BBB about this as well. NEVER will i recommend this place or return.
