Save any of the old parts they replaced except one. Nor did they take photos or print out any codes from the check engine light that was on. Because of this the
Warranty company would not pay for most of the repairs without supporting documents or parts. The work that was performed seems to be good it drives nice. So I’m not happy with my final bill

The agents we have when we get the SUV serviced are good. They are nice, pleasant, and helpful. I want to say the process or procedures need to be fixed. Here’s a few issues I have and been encountering.
1. The lack of communication. Like I said, the agents are great and I blame the process because all the agents lack in communication. I see if it was one agent, then it would be his or her problem, but it’s all. I will get initial call telling me the problem and how much it cost. After that I don’t hear back from anyone for days. I end up calling to find out what’s going on. Sometimes I will not hear what the problem is for a few days and end up calling.
2. Holding the vehicle for so long. I’m always told that it has to sit to get cold or something like that, but then I don’t hear anything for some days. Every time I bring my SUV, you all have it for more than 4 days I think. I know this last time it was over a week and the job was done in two hours. Not sure what’s going on in between that time, but when it comes to fixing the SUV, it’s done in a few hours. I know my warranty doesn’t cover a rental, but I have been offered one as a courtesy from Gosch free of charge. The problem is I’m offered it the day the SUV is done or near done.
Other then that, everything else is good. Just fix the process or procedures you have in place. Lack of communication and the hold time. Which the hold time could possibly be fine if told up front you’re going to keep the vehicle for a week even though the job takes only two hours. Thank you for your time.
Being a senior on a fixed income the cost seems high but I always trust Gosch with the workmanship.
