I appreciated the video from the service technician letting me know he completed the service I requested and let me know the condition of my vehicle from the multipoint inspection. Fran made sure I was satisfied prior to leaving and he had my truck washed!!!

Services performed were fine but vehicle only has 4K miles and this was first dealer oil change-which I was never told there was an expiration date on receiving the oil change. First time I heard was Monday morning. Receptionist told me it expired in August-which even if I had known it wasn’t ready, COVID-19 has limited driving. Also my daughter’s cancer returned and so did chemo. I really felt it was not fair to charge given all the problems in 2020.
Yes he called when he said he would. Also answers the phone everytime I called him.
