No I took my 2019 chevy silverado in for issues that weren't fixed or diagnosed you chevy keeps trying to charge me I just wanted to get the issues fixed so now I'm out of over 500 dollars you had my truck for a week I couldn't go to work so I missed a week of work and nothing got fixed or resolved

Michael seemed to be very knowledgeable on all the issues related to my vehicle, very professional and courteous. He emailed and/or called me with updates which indicated to me that he was on top of the issues relating to my vehicle. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Michael which sadly was unlike the first time I took my truck in to be serviced, worst experience I've ever had.
