I think it would be impossible for anyone to have provided better service. I don’t say that lightly. I was extremely impressed by the friendliness, attentiveness, and all around service provided. I have already expressed that opinion to a few people. I will definitely be back for my next service.

After money was stolen from my truck in a locked compartment and then they changed me for a oil change that was not done at Robin Ford and they didn't do anything about it.i lost trust in Ford Co.You guys at Murphy Ford has been great and have restored my trust in Ford Co.while I what to hear back from Ford Motor Company to see what they do about my $7500 cash that was stolen from my truck I want to thank you guys at Murphy Ford for your professional performance and great job on me and my truck.

I’m am completely dissatisfied with my service. I dropped my car off. Received an estimate. I called back and told them to proceed. They had to order parts and said my car would be ready the next day. I then received the call that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived the cashier handed me a part in the box and couldn’t answer any questions. Then no one could even find my car. Once the car was finally found, they drove it up and no service work had been done. Not one single person ever called to let me know work could not be performed. This is the worst service I ever received if you can even call it service. The sad part about this whole thing is now I have no car, you have ruined my thanksgiving by not making the repair so I can travel, cost me a rental car while said repair was supposed to be done. Oh and I’m in the market to purchase a new car and now seriously thinking of no longer purchasing from Murphy Ford. I have always recommended Murphy Ford to anyone and will no longer make those recommendations based on the lack of service. NOT HAPPY!!!
