Mr. Gregory did very well he waited on me with kindness and understanding make sure everything was clear the person that brought me my key I was not happy with it just took the key and threw it on the table and walked away I stood there for almost 5 to 7 minutes waiting until he come back and give me the key he never did I told he was very unhappy with that part but mr. Gregory was very very kind thank you
