I need to qualify my rating. I’m completely satisfied by the Advisor and the work that was performed. What I’m not satisfied about is a result of one of the work performed. I got a battery replaced which affected the radio. The ideal end result should have been is that this code should have been entered for my behalf. I spent a little over an hour talking with support trying to get the code or resetting the radio. True I should have the card with the code but that was never given to me after my purchase of this (and another vehicle) from this dealership or the ownership chain since the current owner inherits past purchases.

For the car pick up, I received a call at 4:30, while I was at a meeting. The voicemail said pick up the car till 530. When I called back to request a ride, nobody picked up my phone I tried 3 times. Therefore I took Lyft myself. In the car service nobody reimbursed me for the Lyft cost.

Serious Delay in service. There was a serious service completion delay. Even after calling continuously in the noon after the ETA of service completion time I dint get any response for almost 2+ hours.
Please do not promise if you cannot deliver on time.
