Btriiin Dolen was rude and unprofessional. I have been an ongoing customer and have purchased several cars there and serviced there. Robert typically takes care of me and his customer service skills is outstanding. Typically everyone there is generally helpful and very considerate. They talk to you, not at you unlike Mr.Dolen. He talked to me like I was stupid and thought he was gonna make me pay for something I didn't request/ask for. If it was miscommunication on our parts, I can respect that...but it's the way you relay that to me. Not talk at me in the manner in which he did. Then he laid my change on the counter instead of placing it in my hand, (the money was given to him in his hand) Mr.Dolen needs to be taught how to treat customer's. Sincerely, Ruth Porter

I feel something wrong with the transmission shifts of the car. Your system requires me to commit to paying $150+ just to do a diagnosis. Your mechanics say they drove it wasn’t shifting poorly for them. Bottom line...I came to your shop (30 minutes away) experiencing a problem (this is my 3rd Altima—there’s a problem). I was told there was no problem, but still charged for the privilege of hearing those words from you. I told you before I came in that it wasn’t firing any codes. I thought bringing it to the dealer would be the right thing to do to get the job done. “Pay more at the dealer, but get it done right,” I thought. Can’t imagine why I would ever do it again. Chris was nice enough but the whole experience left me with a terrible taste. Thus, would never buy a car there either.

Normally you all wash my vehicle but I have been the last 3 times and that has not occurred. Also Briton I think is his name and whenever I am helped by him there are usually issues or I’m not satisfied. The repair people are fantastic however
