A two hour wait on an oil change when it was scheduled two weeks in advance is absolutely maddening. I am angry that I even have to go back. I wish I could get my money back for the service package I bought with the car.
My wife and I greatly appreciate the effort in your staff to follow through with our transmission issues!! The amount of stress that was relieved is immeasurable. Thx again.
The employees that I have contact with always make me feel like all they want to provide is excellent work but if I didn’t they want to know so it can be done right.

Have issues that are obvious and need fixed and they refused unless I agree to possibly pay something for issues covered under warranty. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Not being able to get my car fixed unless I agree that you might try to screw me over, is a pathetic attempt to get money out of customers

Mr. T.Russell was very patient and exhibited excellent customer service. The wait time wasn’t bad at all and the waiting room had a comfortable atmosphere.
My back window windshield wiper was broken off and no one bothered to call me to tell me what happened; because you couldn’t fix it you still could have called me. So you guys had my car for 6 hours like I didn’t have other things to do.

According to the online Service Appointment I selected, my service today should have included a car wash. I did not receive this service and there was no mention of it being excluded for any reason.
