Everything turned out fine, no issues.
Upon pick up I still had a tire that was low on air with an error on the dashboard saying it needed to be filled. The windshield wiper fluid was still empty.
Makes me wonder if they even rotated the tires…?? We usually have a good experience at Auffenberg so I was surprised when we had to point out what still needed to be done.
Everyone acted in a very polite manner to accommodate me.. I feel I was tested like number one customer in the employee that did my service needs . And I appreciate their help very much .

My first experience did not go well but the service department worked fo correct the mistakes and made this experience so much better. Chris did a wonderful job making sure I and my car was taken care of. The department worked to make sure they diagnosed the sound I was hearing in my car. Chris also gave me options and costs on how I could proceed if I wanted to. My car also got a wash which was wonderful! Thank you to the service team for this better experience.
