I was accosted by Jeanie upon arrival for being 5 min late. I informed her that I had spoken with someone earlier that day and stated that I was coming from work and would likely be a few minutes late due to traffic and that individual had told me that was no problem. She continued to berate me like a grade school principal talking down to her student and threatened not to complete the service that was scheduled. The most unpleasant experience I have ever had and this is my third auffenburg car. Makes me question continuing business in the future if this is how employees are allowed to treat customers, especially ones who have the courtesy to call hours in advance to let them know they are going to be literally 5 min late.

The customer service was amazing! The time it took for them to diagnose the issue, and even fix some other ones was amazing! Unfortunately only half of my problems I took my Nissan in for was resolved. My car no longer overheated, but about 15 minutes into my drive home. My car heater started blowing cold air. I look forward to getting my car serviced more with Auffenberg.
Above n beyond service, HOWEVER, please stop not picking on the price of all services offered. I would think that after paying $2300.00 for service charging for a test run at $100 is utterly ridiculous and not quite the way to establish return customers.. however mark and Jeanine saved the day! And my mechanic deserved a steak dinner. All in all, job very well done and thank you
