Completely unclear on the customer service piece. They took my hubcaps off and didn't put them back on. They didn't top off all of my liquids and that's scary because I got a oil change. After spending $1,700 dollars they didn't even bother to wash car and get this I asked guy to wash and he just simply sprayed some water on the car drive back around me. I'm really shocked I always have a good experience there. I have sent several people to buy a car from there. I'm externally disappointed.

My visit was just as good as they are always. Everyone is very polite very professional reprofessional they let me know what I'm going to need to have done extra other than what I want done and in a very nice manner. Oh yeah and by the way I will be back. Your staff is very well trained.
