I think I shouldn't of had to pay a hundred dollars for my service when I've only had the car 2 weaks and I have a warranty on the car haven't even made the first car payment
There are several things that happened in my experience makes me dissatisfied and distrustful of your organization. First I was told there was a $100 diagnostic fee for each item I wanted looked at for my service appointment. Then I was called and told a further diagnostic smoke test was needed at an additional $200. I was sent a text message from your service department asking me if I had any concerns. For which I described these things as a big concern. No response back. I received another text telling me my car was ready for pickup. I texted back asking for a total. Again no response. We ended just picking up the vehicle with no work completed and $100 less in our pocket. We will call this a “once in a lifetime” service visit. I’m not sure why you send texts and ask for responses when clearly you are disconnected to the customer.

8 hours for not an 8 hour job. Customer service tried to explain only because I asked. Not apologetic at all. You broke my caliper bolt, and then charged me for the cost of the replacement bolt package, in addition to a 25 dollar misc fee (which was explained that is on every ticket). If a $25 misc fee is on every ticket to cover lube and fluids, but you break a caliper bolt that’s $13, wouldn’t you apply that to your “misc” fee? When I checked my rotors, 3 out of the 5 lug nuts were loose enough for me to in screw with my fingers on the tire that they worked on. When I brought it to their attention, it was fixed. What if I were to drive away not knowing? What sort of professionalism is this? Not impressed!
My car had a lot of white specks where it appears that the ceramic coating was not completely wiped off. Auto Butler Service had my car looking much better.

Didn't solve problem same noise and ac still getting warm at stop lights gets colder with speed and max air is hot and shuts off noise is louder with acceleration and slowing down
