I think ur complimentary snacks and drinks should have more of a selection. For us non-coffee drinkers, there is nothing offered but water cooler water. Don't go too far out of ur way to keep your waiting customers happy.

Team was great! I need to look at the name of who took care of me. He was great and I have nothing but great things to say about the Nissan service team. We have been customers for over a decade, happy with the vehicles and happy with service!

Service was quick. Cost of maintenance appears to be a little higher than my former RAV4. I thought $537 for 15,000 mile maintenance was just a little steep. Love the Rouge though.

All of the fluids were suppose to be refilled as needed. The windshield washer fluid was not, t hmmmm is is the second time this has happened.

This is second time I felt customer service was awful. First i was told i didn't have anymore free oil changes to find out that I did. Second I got my car back and it wasn't wash when i ask do they no longer do car was when getting a oil change the guy told me that he didn't even notice they didn'twash it he will take care of it. I went around bout 30 minutes after waiting to see my car was ready and no one call. Third I never got a receipt for the service. I signed the receipt but never received the detail form I normally get.

I feel like when I get or attempt to get the "recommended maintenance" on my car that you guys "find" or create a new problem on my car. If you're finding it that means that I was sold a faulty car in 2017 when I purchased it from you car lot which is ridiculous. Before I allowed you all to work on my dealing with the a/c system I didn't hear any knocking or clicking sounds in my car after the work I started to hear the clicking or knocking sounds. At first it was every once and a while but recently it's almost every day. Then the guy this time around wanted to pitch me a "oh hey that sounds dealing with your a/c and it sounds like something is going out." Yeah thanks to your last work on my a/c. When I inquired about it I was told i would have to pay for a diagnostic test and the problem could cost a couple hundred up to 1000 dollars. WHAT??!!! That's a down payment on another car. I told him I would stop around because those prices are outrageous for a problem i didn't have until I let the techs work on my car. This time around i decided I would try to get the "Battery Corrosion service" well the guy claimed they didn't do it because something was bent in and they didn't feel comfortable removing the battery to complete the job. However, when I got in my car the date, time, year, radio stations were all messed up so it became clear that they clearly removed my battery. So that leads me to believe that one of them had a misstep they didn't want to own up to or you all sold me a faulty car. Smh. It's becoming almost clear to me that I should only get the oil changes for now because other work leads to more money having to come out of my pocket (thus more car issues) and I don't appreciate it. I understand it's a business but integrity and honesty should mean something.

Well my tires where NOT rotated and the engine bay is a mess oil is everywhere and it dropped on my damn driveway. If I didn’t buy a package of 7 synthetic oil changes I wouldn’t be back. Seriously it looks like a speed lube job by a high schooler. I’m very disappointed. I never complain about things like this. My family and I have bought several cars from there and this is my worst experience yet.
