Had a 9:40 am appointment for an oil change. Waited 2 hours for the work to be completed. Was told the 9:40 time was “check in” time not the appointment time. That was/is total BS. I purchased my Armada in 2011 and have been having the car serviced by Auffenberg since then. Not sure what my future service needs holds.

Nissan is a money hustler. Charged me $150 to do NOTHING. I still have to find someone else to do the work. This is not a surprise, not the first time Nissan has charged me to do nothing

I received a text stating that my car was done but to allow them 10 - 15 minutes before picking it up. I arrived a little over an hour after receiving the text and was told it was not ready because it had not been washed. I took the care without it being washed because I had errands to get done and it was already late in the day. Why text that it is done when it is not. If you want to wash it than wash it and then text. Oh and the paperwork was not done either.
