I was happy with the great job butler did on the Buick!!!
1. My maintenance tire like was on for the tires to be rotated,,they changed the oil and left the service light on.
2.l asked them to check the pathfinder for take off hesitation,,they said no codes were on so they didn't see a problem,,soon as
I stopped at the stop sign it was hard to take off,,,if they would have just drove it around the lot stopping a few times they would've saw the problem.
Kyle was prompt, professional, and personable. Plus the technicians did their work well and in a timely manner.
When good work plus a good team add up to good teamwork the result is a happy customer.

They said 3-5 hours and it was almost 6. There was still tar on the car from road work that wasn’t even cleaned off. There were two scratches on the front end that weren’t there when I dropped it off. This was a total gimmick to purchase more services that resulted in me taking a day off work.

It was the worst experience I have ever had with that service. The outside of the car had a **** substance where all the handles are and also on the trunck but the inside was so much worse. They didn't vaccum the car at all!
