Service was great. Greeted immediately, nice and friendly dispite the horrid heat wave. Never complained about anything. Funny interactive and courteous.
My suv is now pulling to the right and the wheel is shaking if you go over 50 miles an hour. It had no issues before service. I will be calling on Monday to discuss this issue.

Mr. Courtial, Mr Hollkenkamp,& the sales manager, I'm sorry I forgot his name, were all very pleasant, friendly, courtes and treated me like they cared and not like they just wanted to mske a sale. Ive dealt w/Mr Courtial for 11-12 yrs and always with respect & for my well being.

It’s the same complaint I have every time. Appreciate that you wash the car, but wish you would dry it. We always end up having to rewash because of the water spots that look terrible.

Came in for service yesterday. Oil change and tire rotation. Car starting making noises after rotation. Brought car in today was quoted a 145 diagnostic fee to say I needed tires as they were clubbing.Once rotated yesterday never was it a recommendation of replacing tires or the clubbing of. Is there not a Quality Assurance check when rotating tires. The sound is still present and was not noticeable until after the rotation. I was charges 79.00 for something that could have been recommended yesterday when serviced. Why would you even rotate a tire that has from what said clubbing? Definitely not satisfied! Tires are still under warranty from Firestone. It was also recommended I not purchase performance tires. When I purchased the car it came with performance tires so what would be a legitimate reason to stop now. Answers needed.

2013 CVT transmission is bad. Nissan charged $700 plus to diagnose car but is not willing to fix the transmission which has given thousands of customers headaches. Me & my wife will never buy another Nissan product after this experience.
