I am completely UNSATISFIED with my service today. I WILL NOT EVER bring my car back to Auffenberg Nissan for as long as I own it. I told myself the last time I would not come back after getting work that was recommended and you all breaking something on my car which led to me not being able to get corrosion cleaner from around my battery energy. That was right after getting a/c work and hearing no sounds from my car to all of a sudden hearing knocking sounds a few days after service. I was then told the next visit about the price to get the sound to stop ranged from a couple hundred dollars up to $1000. So then today I brought my car for a basic oil change. My oil still read at 65%. My last oil change was in May. I park in the same parking spot daily and have never seen any oil. My car sits for hours at work and at stores and I've never seen any oil leak. When they inspected my car today they said nothing about an oil leak but all of a sudden aftef they changed my oil, I have an oil leak and it's running into my air filter and "he has to make sure it's safe for me to drive and that it doesn't start smoking." What the hell? I came in with it safe to drive so how in a matter of an hour does my car become so unsafe with an unexplainable or "weird" (in his words) oil leak? He told me it would be $160 to $300 for him to diagnose it and "several hours". Once I declined he refused to answer any questions and acted like a deer with headlights in front of him. He couldn't explain anything. I feel like workers there lack integrity and are NOT honest!! I called after he rushed me off and basically told me to leave. Your service center is the only one I have allowed to work on my car since I purchased it in 2017 so any issues I have randomly come back to you. I called to speak to a supervisor directly after I left but no one would let me speak to a supervisor. They played phone tag for about 20 minutes so I called back at 6:30pm and the service center operator would NOT let me speak to a supervisor and asked me to call back in an hour. So I said "you all will be closed way before then so why would I call when you're closed?" She then replies, "oh well is there anything else I can help you with?" I feel VERY angry and mistreated. I will share my experience with everybody I know and make sure they know how much you all DO NOT value your customers and have shady workers who have no imtegrity. I plan to talk to anybody who will listen. When I find a corporate office number I will most certainly call. You all dont have to listen but I'm sure the most important individuals at the top of the chain will. Service was awful!! You all should be ashamed!!

Rob was awesome as lead with me. Kept me well informed. Polite. Very consistent with my last visit which was with Kyle. Also great. Had issue Monday and appointment on Tuesday. Zero complaints from auffenberg staff. Tech did what he set to do and thankful for him. Didnt get a chance to meet him.

Service person did a excellent job in getting me in and out back to Mt Vernon. The person that did the repair work identified the problem and fixed it . Great teamwork!
Chris was wonderful as always, but the tech did not rotate my tires as I was promised. I know this because my wheelcover was lost recently, so I could see that it was still on the right front position.
Rob, as usual gave outstanding customer service!! It's amazing to see other customers go out there way to speak to him when he is the one not providing the service at that time. That's when one knows (or should be smart enough to know) that they have an extremely valuable employee. Especially in these days and times. Keep up the good work Rob and please don't change how you deliver great service.
