Dakota was very helpful, and updated me every step of the way which I greatly appreciated. I especially appreciated that I could tell that he was excited for me when he told me that my car was ready to be picked up. He was a joy to have as my representative.

20,000 mile maintenance. Very expensive. I can not imagine how expensive maintenance on an electric vehicle would be. Auffenberg staff was very good at what they do.
