I been having a squeaky steering/suspension only when the cars been driven In rain or been thru a auto car wash; but this was not written up by the service rep. My factory warranty is due to expire on the May 13th and wanted it written up. I just noticed that it’s not been written in service ticket.

My brakes were changed by this dealership a month and a half ago and they are squeaking. I was there two weeks ago and explained to the customer representative my concern. He said it's the humidity that's why my brakes are squeaking. I told him I'll give it two more weeks and see if he's right. He wasn't they still squeak as if they weren't changed at all. I'm disappointed in how my car has been treated. First, it was plugged nuts in which nobody told me they were stuck and they needed to be replaced. Second, my brakes were changed and the sound bad. I was told that nobody test drove my car, they just looked at them. If somebody would have test drove my car they would have found out how bad my brakes squeak. Just in case nobody believes me I have recordings of my brakes squeaking. Why up-sale me maintenance on my car if my car is worse off after you guys touch it? I just want brakes to stop squeaking, that's all I want. I'm not trying to sound ungrateful or unthankful, but I'm frustrated
