You have employees that don't care for people's property over priced on simple things as changing a light bulb locking up the customer vehicle with vital information in the vehicle seat management that are not informed of complaints and don't want to address problems with their current situation and employees lies saying I was arguing with staff I want and wish maybe they could address these issues because it makes poor relations and business 5 dollars for a light bulb when I went to advance and got a pack of bulbs for 6 dollars and still need my vehicle inspection who gonna pay for my inspection because as far It goes I'm charged for emissions but inspection is for free as long as I bring it to the dealership whom I bought the vehicle from but with tensions and poor service I feel such things are as they are I will be subject to again poor service and hostile employees
