Dropped car off at 7 am. Told it would be quick repair. I called at 9 am to follow up. Could not reach the contact person. I was told he would call me right back. Did mot get a call regarding what the repair would entail until 3 1/2 hours after dropping it off. Because of this I had to leave the car overnight. Otherwise things were ok.

My service tech was helpful and explained everything but when I received my vehicle, the center console was cracked during the fuel pump recall service. I understand a new part has been ordered and will be replaced at no charge but this will be my 3rd trip to the dealership this month taking time out of my busy days.
