Tried to call Travis and left message. He did call me. I went in for repair door lock and window. They said door lock attenuator was replaced but window part on order. Picked up truck both door lock AND window was working. I was wondering what was done and if window part needs replaced. I feel little cheated and wondering if you knew what was really wrong.
Ron , did a phenomenal job communicating with me the whole time. You guys have provided great service each time I bring my vehicles in for service. I would not trust any other Honda dealer with my cars ..

I texted back about what time I would arrive at the dealership. I stood in the service office for about 10 mins to check in when I got there but no one paid any attention to me. I then called to announce my arrival. Still 2 hours later no one spoke to me. I happened to see a guy speaking with another customer. He said he hadn’t had a chance to look at the text. It was for a simple battery replacement. My car was towed in about 9. How come it took until about 3 to get this done fir me. I did have a 9 o’clock appointment. The work was done correctly and I appreciate the car wash. Very poor customer service.
Ronald is welcoming and informative, I always enjoy having him help me. The only thing I wish would have happened is: I didn't receive a multi point inspection form or a list of recommended services to perform next that were mentioned verbally.
The experience was not looking good out of no fault from Dennis. Several steps along the way to getting this repair done were complete failures on the whole service department. From parts being sent back early even when I made an appointment no one bothered to check if the part was still there. Four separate days that very easily should have been two. Overall I would have been very upset with the whole situation if not for Kiel. Kiel came through big and saved the day for this department. He patiently listened as I gave him a rather heated run down of all the failures in the process up to the point he got involved. I appreciate his patience and his ability to fix would would have been a very different experience. Thank you Kiel. Also a thank you to Yonnic for seeing through the final day while Kiel was off.
Friendly staff will definitely return to service my car.
I came on Monday they said it would be 2 hours and I would be better off making an appt so I did. When I got there the guy said we can’t take anymore cars and I said I had an appt. if they knew they were to busy why didn’t someone text or call? So they did it. It took over 2. hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.
Travis was great. Transparent with the work that needed to be done, and answered all of my questions with a professional and kind demeanor. There were no surprises. He let me know what needed to be done, and it got done at the price quoted.

When asked for a shuttle I was told they weren’t available due to COVID even with appointment. When I came back to pick up my vehicle I overheard one of the employees tell a customer they would provide them with one.
