Yonic was very helpful in helping me understand about the warning alerts we had experienced on the dash a couple of days previously. He had the diagnostics completed that shown the system was functiong properly. This is only the second time utilizing Spreen and based on your service we will use Spreen for our service needs.

Kiel Lucas was the best (and probably the best looking) service advisor I have ever had. His name might be spelled funny, but how he treats people is no laughing matter. Very respectful. He answered all of my questions and was really knowledgeable. He treated me and my Honda just right. He made me feel good for what I was paying for. Will definitely come back to see him again. This is my first Honda car my two previous cars have been Toyota’s and every time I would take to the dealer for service never once did I have a bad experience with the reps I have been to three different Honda dealers and have had a bad experience in all three two bad experiences at this dealer one including a sales rep that when I called was rude on the phone when I tried getting information on my service agreement so rude that he hung up on me and this last time I went in so much that I am thinking of trading in my car for a Toyota instead and not purchase a Honda anymore

It was my first time getting my car serviced because I just bought the car. Dennis was very nice and patient. After all the paper work was filled out he kindly showed me where the waiting area was.
I was only standing on the inside a few seconds when he asked if he could help me with something. That's the first time that has happened at that location.
I will certainly give Andrew 10's. He was very professional and gave me back my car sooner than I expected.
