I was extremely impressed with Dennis Palacio. He made sure I was well informed, friendly and professional. He allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted, checked for understanding and he had a very welcoming personality. I could tell he enjoyed working at Honda which made me happy because I only buy Honda cars.
