My tire went completely flat twice. I went to Spreen since this is where I purchased them. I waited 2 hours and had no follow up in the time frame as I waited in the lobby. I was told that there was nothing wrong with my tire after a full inspection, even put it in water. It was my choice to get a new one but nothing was found to be wrong. I went home and it went completely flat again. I took it to a local tire shop where they found a hole that was visible even with out putting it in water. They patched it with no issues. I am dissatisfied with Honda for making me wait 2hrs and not truly addressing the issue of an obvious hole.
