Yonic Bello was helpful. He let me know everything that was happening. He was patient with my questions.
Andrew Ruiz was rude, aggressive and a typical salesman, blaming me for the issue with why I was bringing my car in. Also, I respect that he doesn’t want to wear a mask but when I’m spelling the name of my address for him to write down for the shuttle and he’s writing faster than I’m speaking, it’s NOT okay for him to say, “WELL YOU SOUND WEIRD WITH YOUR MASK ON.” I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional, rude, and placing their conservative opinions against me in professional setting. Kyle, the manager, resolved all of my issues and was kind and courteous and understanding. They really need to get rid of Andrew Ruiz if they want to keep a good name though. All of the other Service Techs/Advisors I observed were being so nice to their clients.
Yonic is the perfect example of a professional who cares about his clients. He is friendly, very approachable, caring, prompt, trustworthy, and honest. I have no worries when my vehicles are in his care. He is the main reason I only let Spreen Corona service my vehicle. He treats me and makes me feel like I am a valued and respected member of his family. On another note it would be nice if these surveys could be sent by email. There are many of us who find texting a survey to be challenging snd time consuming. I do it because Yonic deserves to receive what he gives. He is very special and has raised the bar in providing superior customer service.

Gabriel was very helpful and informative.
Jason did a good job. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all. Almost went to Weir Canyon Honda because they offered many service deals on their website. I’d like to see more offers from Spreen. Everything is so expensive these days and deals will always keep me coming back. Many friends think I’m making a mistake paying dealers prices but at the end of the day I have piece of mind.
From the time I walked in there until I drove away in my car away you guys are all so great. Andy took care of me really well and then after I had spoke to Jacob in the service department and he explained everything to me too. I will always bring my car here for service. Thanks guys for being so great!
