Eric is top notch. He went above and beyond the normal service that we normally get at Honda. If the whole team had the attitude of Eric we would continue to buy Honda in the future.

Great service, great customer service..
I have a free service program for every 5000 miles and today I paid almost $500.00 for the service. Danniel said that I paid last time too. But is not true, maybe he has the wrong customer account. Also the order he made said that the customer requested, I didnt request anything, Only my service that I get every time I go. The only thing I ask him is that the maps screen frezzes and he said return during the week from monday to friday.
Have not picked Up my car due to a mistake by yonic.

Excellent service from start to finish.
My oil change took 3 hours. I was given an estimate of 90 min. The car was done but the rep has to check in other customers. There was no cashiers so I had to wait for my rep to finish checking in other customers before he could ring up the charges for me. I have had great service visits for almost 10 years at your dealership but yesterday’s was not one of them. It was the worst service I’ve encountered. I hope your dealership will hire more help in the service department.

I should’ve got more information on the tire, before hand. Either me rushing to get the tires or less time between dealership closing could affect the rating I believe.
