I’m so thankful Eric helped me with my car service. He is very polite and accommodating.
One thing: Travis quoted me a price of $99 for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I said I had a coupon I had received in the mail. He said their special price was the same. When I came to pick the car up, Travis wasn’t available. So one when of your other service people got my paperwork to check me out, he informed of the total. However, I had the coupon with me. He looked at it and agreed it was the same service they had completed, but the price was $79.99. He amended my bill to reflect the discount listed on the coupon. Good thing I was paying attention.
