Mr. Ruiz was very nice and friendly very helpful. But as soon as I got on the freeway my tire pressure sensor went off! When I got home my tire psi was 35. So I had to put air in it and clear the code. The complementary carwash was poor! Wheels looked the same, windows the same, and interior same as I took it in. Not mad about the wash just took an extra 15 minutes of my time I had to wait. But Mr. Ruiz was very nice and friendly.

I was told my car was going to be washed. It was not so I had to wait again for it to be done. Then as I drove off my tire pressure monitor light came on as the technician did not finish their job properly apparently and I had to come back and wait another 30 mins for it to be handled. I had no prior issue with the TPM so all in all it was a horrible first time experience for me and not sure I will be back.
